Briefly about DEAS
DEAS is present throughout Denmark with more than 2,000 commercial and residential properties. We have over 79,795 housing units occupied by 41,617 tenants, 8,142 commercial tenants, 10,294 shareholders, and 19,742 homeowners. Additionally, we have over 900 property specialists employed, who work, among other things, to ensure the well-being of tenants and owners. Our employees are also distributed across the country with offices in Aalborg, Aarhus, and Valby.
Tenant satisfaction is paramount
Tenant satisfaction is crucial to us. We know that happy tenants create a positive atmosphere in the properties and contribute to good neighborliness, well-being, and security. Happy tenants usually stay longer, which also has a number of positive effects.
We do our best to provide you as a tenant with good service and to meet your needs and wishes. However, sometimes we may not succeed. Therefore, your feedback is incredibly important to us.
Every year, we send out a satisfaction survey to our tenants to see things 'from the outside in' and not the other way around. We want to know what you think we should do better, what works well, and what doesn't.
Only in this way can we become a better administrator for you. We also send satisfaction surveys to the boards of owner associations to find out whether we are meeting the boards' needs and wishes, and to ensure that we continuously improve.
New initiatives to enhance the tenant experience
We are constantly working to enhance the tenant experience for you. One of the areas we have focused on is interaction with you.
In 2022, we rolled out the digital customer service platform DIXA, which has improved our interaction with tenants and simplified workflows.
In 2023, we launched a new resident portal that will include all functions for both the association's residents and boards, with a focus on self-service and community. The ambition is to deliver a complete and always relevant platform that makes it easy and logical to live in an association we work with.
