Briefly about DEAS

We have over 79,795 housing units occupied by 41,617 tenants, 8,142 commercial tenants, 10,294 shareholders, and 19,742 homeowners. Additionally, we have over 900 property specialists employed, who work, among other things, to ensure the well-being of tenants and owners.
